Always remember to smile

So, I wished for you best of luck
With this little poetry
Though you everyday always mug
Sometimes will feel sleepy

*btw, someone said I sleep too much T_T

KATA SEMANGAT DARI SYEIKH AHMAD YASIN

As-salamu `alaykum wa rahmatullah...... Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim...

salam ketenangan

7 Spiritual Productivity Habits to Develop this Ramadan

As-salamu `alaykum wa rahmatullah...... Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim...

by ProductiveMuslim

The following 7 Spiritually Productive activities you should try to develop as Habits during the days of Ramadan so that hopefully you can continue with them after Ramadan. I consider these activities as the spiritual ‘bread and butter’ of any ProductiveMuslim, and to develop them as habits is the essence of starting your journey towards the love of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala) and constantly increasing in your eman inshaAllah:

1) Praying the Sunnah Prayers before and/or after Prayer:

I know it’s easier to just pray the obligatory prayers and rush out of the mosque, however, when we realise the rewards we’re missing from not praying these sunnah prayers, we won’t leave them. Over the years I learnt there’s only ONE way of getting yourself to pray these Sunnah prayers constantly: Get into the habit of praying them! Soon they’ll become part and parcel of your Salah.

2) Remembrance of Allah after Salah:

Again, it’s easier to rush out of Salah to our busy lives, but honestly, how long does it take to recite the supplications after Salah? (answer: 5-7 minutes!). If you’re not sure what I’m referring to, you may find the supplications here. Nowadays you’ll find pocket notebooks/or phone applications with these supplications. Again, get into the habit of reciting them daily after each Salah and they’ll become part of your Salah experience.

3) Morning/Evening Remembrance of Allah:

These are beautiful set of duas/remembrances from the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) which he used to say before sunrise and before sunset. They are true stress relievers, and energy boosters, and never fail to make my day/evening feel blessed. [You can find the duas here]

4) Night Prayer:

Hamdulillah, during Ramadan we’ve the wonderful Taraweeh prayers to attend. These are of course part of the Night prayer or tahajjud of the Night. If you’re new to night prayer or don’t pray it constantly during the year, make sure you attend taraweeh prayers each and every night, and give yourself a ‘no-excuse’ policy. Continuing to pray them for the entire 30 days, will set you on better footing to continue with Night Prayer after Ramadan inshaAllah.

5) Duha Prayer:

If you want a Muslim’s secret to a productive day, it’s these 2 rak’ahs, known as Duha prayer which you may pray at anytime between after sunrise all the way till before the sun reaches it’s zenith (around 30 minutes before Dhuhur). The reward of this prayer is similar to giving charity on behalf of every bone in your body, and the energy and buzz you feel during the day is amazing.

6) Supplications before you Sleep:

You just had a long day, and you’re super tired. You climb into bed and you want to hit the sack… but wait! Before you do, can you give yourself just 10 more minutes to recite the supplications before sleep? That’s all. Try them and watch your yourself have the most beautiful sleep ever and waking up for Fajr easily inshaAllah

7) Reciting one hour of Quran each day:

Notice: I said here recite one hour of Quran each day and not one juz’ or one surah. The amount of Quran you read here is not as important as the quality of your understanding. If you spend one hour reciting one verse but understand it fully, that’s more important and beneficial then reciting lots of Quran at break-neck speed and not understanding a word.
So there you go, 7 spiritually productive habits you can develop this Ramadan starting TODAY!

Cara Mudah Mencari Muka Surat Dalam Al-Qur'an

As-salamu `alaykum wa rahmatullah...... Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim...

Al-Qur'an adalah peninggalan Rasulullah kepada kita semua umatnya. Ada 2 benda yang Nabi Muhammad s.a.w tinggalkan kepada kita iaitu Al-Qur'an dan juga Sunnah untuk kita semua amalkan. Berapa kali korang baca Al-Quran sehari? 1 kali?

Letakkan no 2 selepas jawapan.

Letakkan no 2 selepas jawapan.
Jadi, juzuk 10 adalah pada halaman 182

Contoh 3

Letakkan no 2 selepas jawapan.
Jadi, juzu 23 adalah pada halaman 442

Subhanallah, memang menakjubkan. Sama2 kita kongsikan kepada kawan2 kita, adik2 kita, famili2 kita supaya kita sama2 mendapat pahala...

Change your living and make amends for heaven

As-salamu `alaykum wa rahmatullah...... Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim...

It was early in the morning at four,
When death knocked upon a bedroom door,

Who is there? The sleeping one cried.
I'm Malaikat Maut, let me inside.
...
At once, the man began to shiver,
As one sweating in deadly fever,

He shouted to his sleeping wife,
Don't let him take away my life.

Please go away, O Angel of Death!
Leave me alone; I'm not ready yet.

My family on me depends,
Give me a chance, O please prepense!

The angel knocked again and again,
Friend! I'll take your life without a pain,

Tis your soul Allah requires,
I come not with my own desire.

Bewildered, the man began to cry,
O Angel I'm so afraid to die,

I'll give you gold and be your slave,
Don't send me to the unlit grave.

Let me in, O Friend! The Angel said,
Open the door; get up from your bed,

If you do not allow me in,
I will walk through it, like a Jinn.

The man held a gun in his right hand,
Ready to defy the Angel's stand.

I'll point my gun, towards your head,
You dare come in; I'll shoot you dead.

By now the Angel was in the room,
Saying, O Friend! Prepare for you doom.

Foolish man, Angels never die,
Put down your gun and do not sigh.

Why are you afraid! Tell me O man,
To die according to Allah's plan?

Come smile at me, do not be grim,
Be Happy to return to Him.

O Angel! I bow my head in shame,
I had no time to take Allah's Name.

From morning till dusk, I made my wealth,
Not even caring for my health.

Allah's command I never obeyed,
Nor five times a day I ever prayed.

A Ramadan came and a Ramadan went,
But no time had I to repent.

The Hajj was already FARD on me,
But I would not part with my money.

All charities I did ignore,
Taking usury more and more.

Sometimes I sipped my favorite wine,
With flirting women I sat to dine.

O Angel! I appeal to you,
Spare my life for a year or two.

The Laws of Quran I will obey,
I'll begin SALAT this very day.

My Fast and Hajj, I will complete,
And keep away from self-conceit.

I will refrain from usury,
And give all my wealth to charity,

Wine and wenches I will detest,
Allah's oneness I will attest.

We Angels do what Allah demands,
We cannot go against His commands.

Death is ordained for everyone,
Father, mother, daughter or son.

I'm afraid this moment is your last,
Now be reminded, of your past,

I do understand your fears,
But it is now too late for tears.

You lived in this world, two score and more,
Never did you, your people adore.

Your parents, you did not obey,
Hungry beggars, you turned away.

Your two ill-gotten, female offspring,
In nightclubs, for livelihood they sing.

Instead of making more Muslims,
You made your children non-Muslims.

You ignored the Mua'dhin Adhaan,
Nor did you read the Holy Quran.

Breaking promises all your life,
Backbiting friends, and causing strife.

From hoarded goods, great profits you made,
And your poor workers, you underpaid.

Horses and cards were your leisure,
Moneymaking was your pleasure.

You ate vitamins and grew more fat,
With the very sick, you never sat.

A pint of blood you never gave,
Which could a little baby save?

O Human, you have done enough wrong,
You bought good properties for a song.

When the farmers appealed to you,
You did not have mercy, tis true.

Paradise for you? I cannot tell,
Undoubtedly you will dwell in hell.

There is no time for you to repent,
I'll take your soul for which I am sent.

The ending however, is very sad,
Eventually the man became mad

With a cry, he jumped out of bed,
And suddenly, he fell down dead.

O Reader! Take moral from here,
You never know, your end may be near

Change your living and make amends
For heaven, on your deeds depends {L}
